Key Responsibilities: •Identify and develop new business opportunities; •Actively and effectively promote Radian6 to targeted key accounts and develop and grow the associated pipeline; •Maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory; •Ensure maximum personal effectiveness through excellent communication and professional web based presentations while making recommendations for process improvements; and •Grow an existing customer base of multi-national, multi-site organisations by nurturing relationships with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Job Requirements: •Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales and account management experience; •Proven ability to interact directly with senior executives in customer organizations, both verbally and in writing; •Demonstrated customer-facing skills including expectation management, communication skills, information management; •Proven leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills; •An undergraduate degree in related field preferred; and •Demonstrated success with sales quotas.
