Maritime Countryfest is pleased to announce another exciting roster of the best country music acts available from around the Maritimes. This year the spotlight will shine the Acadian Group 1755, which will be launching their tour at Maritime Countryfest along with Canadian Idol finalist Casey Leblanc and the hilarious antics of comedian Jimmy Flynn.

Maritime Countryfest, in its fourth year of operations, has been created with the vision of providing an opportunity for emerging, and established, local and regional country music artists to be able to share a venue and stage with national and international performers.

"Our goal is to create a festival that is extremely entertaining for the fans, provides a wide variety of styles and gives local artists exposure to large and appreciative audiences." said Tom Hoyt, Festival Chair. "Also with the downturn in the economy, our aim is to keep this event very affordable for everyone."
