Find it difficult or just don't have the time to deal with your sellers who need help getting their home in order and staged to sell?
Maybe they just don't understand the mindset shift from it being their home to now marketing their home!
My name is Paula M. Price and I own a business called "Staging Spaces".
For a $100.00 consultation fee, which you could offer your clients as your gift to them for listing with you, I would meet your client in their home to spend an hour or two assisting them in getting their home ready to market.
I go through each room with your client making suggestions of maybe items to remove and help declutter a room, also address personal items, maybe shift around layouts of rooms if they aren't set up well.
I also give your client tips & ideas in preparing their home on open house and showing days.
From this consultation both you and your client will receive a report of all the things that were discussed. Their homework list so to speak! That way this is something you are also aware of what they need to accomplish in preparing their home.
If you have particular clients you don't wish to pay this service for, yet they do need the help, feel free to pass along my name and the inexpensive consult fee and I'd be happy to work with them directly.
My services range from consulting to actually helping them move things around and prepare their home. In some cases a little cosmetic facelift may be required in the home with a fresh coat of paint in a room or two through to extensive work as I do work with contractors.
